For instance, if you like baseball then you should play baseball 4-5 times a week. If you like walking then you should walk the same amount of time. It doesn't really matter what they do as long as you do something.

Surround yourself with a good support team. It is a good idea to join other teens who are hoping to lose weight. By pairing with them, you can receive motivation and support. Also enlist the help of friends and family members. That is, everyone should encourage you to have healthy dieting habits and make healthier choices.
