Ten of the Goofiest Gifts on the Internet: Cuss Like A Native to Inflatable Bowls

Sure to Make Them Giggle

Anne Griffyn

As a member of a somewhat large family, birthdays and holidays are often full of 'what do I give that person?' , but no more! These few gifts are sure to get plenty of giggles at least. Be sure to keep the reciept!

The Cuss Like a Native Learning Set from TwistedGifts.com

In what appears to be a 4 or 5 disc set of 99 tracks, you too can give the gift of language. These tracks feature ways to cuss, swear and insult just about everyone you meet and in any language you choose! Perfect for the talkative members of your group and sure to make any teenagers parents cringe. TwistedGifts offers payment via internet and shipping options so you can get the gift any time of the year.

The Nunchucks from Stupid.com

I couldnt stop laughing when I saw these. The idea basically is to load the plastic nuns which are included into the plastic catapult which resembles a small water pistol, and upon pulling the trigger the nun is essentially 'chucked' across the room. For young and old alike the Nunchucks are sure to illicit hours of holy flying fun. This would be a great gift for those who appreciate puns, for no reason, or if you have cats and they wont stop scratching the furniture.

Toxic Waste Candy another product of Stupid.com

This is something I myself am willing to try. The site boasts that this candy which is intolerably sour, will make you feel so elated upon eating it due to the fact that no person should be willing to eat something so sour. Packaged in little toxic waste containers, the candy comes in five excruciatingly sour flavors and looks similar to a Spree although I doubt they will dissapear so quickly if all the hype about the sour is true. If you have a sweet tooth yourself or a fellow candy loving commorade this candy would make a perfect addition to any gift basket or as a stocking stuffer.

Grow a Head Greeting from Prankplace.com

A cool new twist on the Chia Pet. This small head sits on top of a small glass vase and comes with seeds which you can plant any way you like to grow the grass "hair' and then you can even add your own stickers and accesories such as earings to make it more to you liking. Then attach the hands and post a greeting on the sign held in your heads hands and voila. Great for gardeners or those who like to collect odd and interesting windowsill objects.

Also from Prankplace.com, The Whatever Clock

For the relative or friend who cant get the word whatever out of their mouth, or for those who just don't care, the Whatever clock features the hour and minute hands, yet all the numbers representing the hours are shaken to the bottom corner of the clock for a true 'Whatever' feel. Just looking at this clocks makes me realize I really don't care what time it is. An good laugh everytime your eye catches it.

Odd Action Figures from Prankplace.com

If you know someone who likes to collect figurines or the like then this is the gift they need! Unique and quite amusing, these are not figurines you see everyday. Surprise someone you love with a 5 inch tall Moses, or Jesus with wheels for that "smooth gliding action". Or how about a cleopatra for those of us who prefer to walk like Egyptians? For those of us who like a good ponder they also have Albert Einstein,Sigmund Frued and Benjamin Franklin figurines for your posing pleasure. Collect them all!!

Inflatable Bowls from Stupid.com

For the recent college graduate living on their own or someone who keeps breaking all their dishes, inflatable bowls seem the way to go. Im not to sure about their microwavable capabilites but I think it would be fun to eat cereal out of something that resembles a white water rafting experience. Man the rapids in this interesting bowl that would be perfect for popcorn or candies as well. Buy them in a complete service for 8 along with the automatic spaghetti fork that spins on its own.

Lovopoly from FindGift.com

This easily qualifies as the wierdest/cheesiest board game I have ever seen and I must have one. Now you too can own or give a personalized version of the popular boardgame Monopoly, which includes you and your loved one centerstage in the middle of the game board or make it into your own kooky mothers day gift. Customisable proporties are named after places you and your cherished have been and the chance cards contain questions pertaining to those relationships in a kind of 'how well do you know me' fashion. After seeing games of Monopoly last for days I'm curious to see who can keep this one going.

Marie Antoinette Action Figure - Stupid.com

For a few brief seconds she stands tall at almost 6 inches, then without warning her pretty little head goes flying off into the fishbowl. Oddly funny and a bit morbid this Marie Antoinette action figure has a fantastic secret button which when pressed, re-ennacts (although a bit dramatically) the chopping off of the teen queens head. Too much fun to say no.

And finally, what do you get for the person who has everything?? Nothing.
This hilarious gift from Totally-Funky.co.uk is just that. Showcased in a plastic bubble, the nothing costs about $5 dollars and comes with attached to thick card stock explaining the nothing gift. This is exactly what the phrase ' you should'nt have ' was made for. Don't worry, the product comes with a 100% nothing guarentee. If the products does something at any point you are entitled to a full refund!

Lovopoly - Ugh. I really liked the idea. I actually thought it would be a fun and unique gift for my friend's wedding. How pathetic - the game is so cheaply made I'm ashamed to give it to them. It's basically made up of items I could have picked up at a dollar store, and the actual playing board is a laminated sheet of paper. What a rip off. There are plenty of other personalized options out there which are probably far more impressive.
