Number 2: Mortician- As good as doctors may be, their success rate is not one hundred percent. There's no doubt that death is hard, but it's definitely part of our lives. No matter how good modern medicine advances there will always be a mortality rate.
Number 3: Scientist- As long as disease is still around, we will need scientists to find the cure. We as humans are also curious creatures and need to know the facts that surround our everyday lives. These facts are often provided by scientific research.
Number 4: Teachers- As long as we need scientists we need teachers to teach them how to be scientist. Teachers are one of the most important assets to any society, and the societies success often relies on the quality of the education system.
Number 5: Waste Disposal Manager- As long as people are on the Earth, we will make a mess. Trash is a bi-product of society, and we as humans make a lot of trash. We will always need a way to dispose of and move our waste.
Number 6: Soldier- Even during peacetime we need soldiers. Because of our history as a race, we are all afraid of the possibility of war. There's no doubt that in the future, someone will attack someone else, and we need to be prepared for just that situation.
Number 7: Farmer- People need to eat. It's really just that simple. Without farmers, we can not produce the amount of food that we need to survive. We will always have a need for someone to look after and produce food every year.
Number 8: Police Officer- As long as we are humans, there will be crime. If we are dependant on a government in the future, we will need someone to enforce the rules.
Number 9: Religious Leader- People by nature question their own existence. The need for a religious leader will always be there because people have a need to have hope that there is something else besides the physical world. Religious leaders provide the assistance with this part of our lives.
Number 10: Construction Worker- As important as eating and sleeping are, we also as humans need a place to live. Construction workers build our homes and repair our bridges. As long as we live on the Earth as we know it, we will need construction workers to protect us from the forces of nature.

Post a CommentYou forgot prostitution.
Engineers!
Dont forget plumbers (unless you're lumping them in with construction workers), because unless they figure out a way to engineer "human plumbing" a different way then we will still require household plumbing of one sort or another! LOL
Great article!
