Ten in One: 7-21-08: Just Let it Go!

I had a dream this past week that I was driving down the road with someone in a convertible, and we saw flashing lights in the sky. Next thing you know, a UFO flew over us. Then, I was in a building where it landed , and there was a battle- like chaos. A small girl from the UFO appeared in a defensive stance amidst the chaos with a ray gun in her hand. She looked at me and said "Yes, it really IS you," before running off.

After that, I found myself looking for her again as I told others about the ship and her, but none of them seemed to believe me or care. At the end of the dream, I found her hiding and asked her what she meant by "It is You". She said, "Your world is dying." A montage of images including pollution and decay flashed before my eyes. At that point, I felt all the pain of the world and how much I wanted to change it, crying and saying, "I know. I hate it. I hate it so much." As I cried and released the pain I felt within, she was catching my tears in a blue glass, and I had the understanding that my tears would heal the world.

We are going through a lot of times right now that are very stressful. The last few weeks, I've felt an amazing pressure and stress from all directions, although my life is overflowing with blessings. The energy right now is one of release, and things are being brought to the surface so we can release them. If you've felt really stressed in the past two weeks and about to explode, finding some time to release would help greatly. You can release through painting, drawing, writing, crying, exercise or anything that allows you to pour that energy forth into something . Sometimes a circumstance arrives purely to push us to the point of tears so we can release and feel much better afterwards.So much healing occurs when we just let go of the things that are hurting us.

It is through this release that healing comes. It is as we let go of old fears, blames, and self destructive thoughts and behaviors that we find ourselves free to create what we want to experience. We are the ones who can save our worlds. We all have our own world, and those individual worlds make up our shared world. What do you need to let go of? How can you go through a cleansing of your own world, thus helping our shared world to heal?

Three: Rhyme and Reason:

Why do we focus on pain, hate, and what hurts us? I don't understand...but maybe, just maybe if people opened their hearts, they'd see something new. It reminds me of the day I flew....the day I flew so high, I never returned.

If only everyone knew...the freedom of flying...the freedom of dying....soaring with the music ... letting go and falling and letting the music carry you....becoming the music that creates the universe.

Take a deep breath, take a deep breath and let goooooo. Mmmmmmmmm. Float in the sea...the sea of we....and what we can be. Let warmth pour over you as you let go...transformative delight...opens your sight as you learn to love....learn to love every part of you...it's the best you can do.

There is so much unfolding in my life right now. I am so grateful for that and grateful for the stuff surfacing because that means I am releasing it! Take it! Take the ego! Take the hurt! I don't want it anymore! Fill me instead with joy, love, and peace! May love and warmth spread to all near me, and may I dance in the streets like a crazy person at the absolute bliss of being cleansed during the storms that roll through us!

It's all me. When I see needs in others, or problems, or insecurities, etc - it's all me. It's my own thought pattern being drawn to see those things in a person or in the world. It is showing me something relative within myself.

The day will come when I am nothing more than a story, and my very existence will depend on whether or not people tell it.

I was driving down the road today and am just continually amazed at how blessed I am and how timing unfolds so perfectly. Oh! Wonderful Storyteller! What a masterful tale you weave!

I am so grateful to be living in my heaven!

As I awoke from another dream, this is what came back with me through the haze:

"Looking around the dying world, I realized I am the water to revive it; I am the fire that purifies it; I am the air that reshapes it, and I am the earth that makes up its foundation."

Transformation is not a force of change. It is an awakening to the amazing and wonderful things everywhere and all around us: that we do have options. It is a shifting of our eye: our attention. We really do live in a world of abundance. Everything that has existed, does exist or COULD exist, exists simultaneously. We just choose what parts of existence to see.

Now, more than ever, it is possible to make your dreams a reality. There are possibilities at every corner. Call them to you and make your choice. Tons of people out there are ready and willing to help you. Can you see that? If not, then it's time to put yourself in a place to see it. What kind of limiting belief system do you need to let go of in order to see that?

Yes, it really is You.
