From the soft glow of the candle at our table to the beautiful presentation of each dish, every visual detail of our dinner was perfectly executed. Dinning that night was me, my husband, and our sons (eight years, eight months). Each person was carefully catered to ensuring orders were correct and everyone was satisfied. Even at eight years old, my son was treated as if he were the most important customer in the restaurant.
From the children's menu, my son had a substantial portion of creamy Pasta Alfredo, a cheese tray with crackers, cheese, and grapes, and delicious raspberry lemonade. He says it was one of the best meals he ever had!
My husband and I each had the, five course, Chef's Tasting Menu. Each wine paring was carefully explained as it was presented with the course and our waiter watched with expertize for us to complete each course satisfactorily before presenting the next course - never rushing the experience, always mindful to let us savor each bite. Executive Chef Shauna Scriver perfectly prepared deliciously fresh, seasonal dishes. The meal included estate apple & blue cheese salad with gala apples, farmstead blue cheese, and a bibb lettuce cup; roasted apple sorbet; fresh wild king salmon with viognier lees sausage, manila clams, roasted tomato in a herb broth; mt townsend rustic tomme with rustic, medium hard, cow's milk white cheddar; and rosemary almond cake with olive oil batter, huckleberry compote, and marcona almonds. The meal was a complete culinary experience!
