Tennessee Man Pays for Lap Dances with "Funny Money", Pleads Guilty to Counterfeiting

In the Biggest Surprise: The Man was NOT Pacman Jones of the Tennessee Titans

I must admit, when I saw on the crawler on CNN this morning that a Tennessee man had plead guilty to counterfeiting for paying for "lap dances" at a Nashville strip club with counterfeit $100 bills, my first reaction was "Pacman Jones is at it again". After the Titans, his employer, turned thumbs down on his recent wrestling venture, Pacman drowned his sorrows by "making it rain", only this time he resorted to using "funny money". Wrong! The guy's name is Damon Armogost and he has to be even dumber than Pacman. Even Pacman Jones would know better than to try that on strippers.

When it comes to the green stuff, most strippers could tell you how many nose hairs Andrew Jackson had and sure enough, the strippers immediately knew something was amiss and called the authorities. Nothing like a stripper to know the "real thing" when they see it. I just hope the little darlings weren't too inconvenienced by the whole ordeal. They have breast implants, false eyelashes, body piercings , tattoos and the like to pay for. The nerve of that guy!

Armogost, who hails from Smyrna, a suburb of "Music City" originally claimed he got the money by selling some antique coins or something. Not much of a story and it did'nt take the cops long to break him.

Now, he will forever be the punch line to a Jeff Foxworthy joke. Too bad. Maybe soon, Pacman Jones can teach him a thing or two about "making it rain" with real currrency when: A. Jones joins Armogost in stir, or B. when Armogost gets out on parole. In the meantime, Armogost has learned one lesson the hard way. When it comes to trying to pass counterfeit bills, it might be best to try it on another profession. Trying to fool a stripper when it comes to money is like trying to outrun a pack of wolves while wearing a porkchop loincloth. Not that I would know, as I quit going to such places years ago, but as Archie Bunker once said "if you've seen two, you've seen 'em all" and Mr. Armogost has surely learned a valuable lesson .
