She Says that Murder for Hire Information from Cops "hearsay"

Terri Horman fires back at Kaine Horman's unfit mother allegations. In a motion filed Monday, Terri Horman's attorney, Peter Bunch says that nothing in Kaine's motion is relevant to whether Terri can see Kiara.

Terri Horman's attorney, Peter Bunch, says that husband Kaine Horman is trying to "vilify" Terri and try her in the court of public opinion. In his motion filed in Oregon's court on Monday, he stated that Kaine filled his 30 page motion with information that was illegal to present to the court such as the information about her failing two polygraph tests. According to Bunch, polygraph tests are not admissible in any court proceeding. (Kaine did not submit the results, he only submitted Terri's assertions that she failed one and walked out on another one.)

Mr. Bunch also claims that it was unnecessary and against the rules for Kaine to include 20 pages of text messages that Terri sent to a family friend in the days after Kyron Horman went missing. Kaine new that the court motion would be public. In the texts to Cooke, Terri was practically forcing herself on the guy. Most of the "sexting" was on Terri's part, with Cooke just responding. She told him what her favorite position was and that more than one person has told her she can suck a golf ball through a hose. (All while she was trying to help find Kyron and missing him like any good stepmother would.)

Terri Horman fires back at Kaine Horman's unfit mother allegations, sort of. Her attorneys points are very weak. His just keeps saying that none of this information has anything to do with allowing Terri to see her daughter, Kiara.

Mr. Bunch further alleged that there was no proof on an alleged murder for hire plot. He claims that any information that Kaine says he received from the police is just "hearsay". (Of course any charges relating to the murder for hire plot will just be hearsay as well and when Terri is in jail, well that's just hearsay.)

Bunch claims that he is unable to get information from the police and that Terri is unable to testify on her own behalf regarding child custody because of the ongoing criminal investigation into Kyron Horman's disappearance. (To get my kid back, I would tell all I knew.)

The last line of the motion reads: "The full extent of the harm to Mother caused by these tactics is far-reaching, unacceptable and likely irreparable." (Huh!, once again they only care about Terri, not Kiara. What damage has it done to Kiara to have her big brother missing and her family ripped apart?)

Kaine Horman believes that Terri Horman is behind the disappearance of his 7 year old son, Kyron. He also believes that she has caused Kyron "unimaginable harm", which may have been witnessed by 1 year old Kiara.

He thinks that Terri has some kind of psychiatric disorder that caused her to behave that way and that Kiara would be in danger around her as well.

Kaine Horman and Desiree Young, Kyron's parents are trying to raise more money as a reward to find Kyron.

Terri Horman fires back at kaine Horman's unfit mother allegations, by simple stating, nothing that Kaine says matters, I still want to see my daughter. (The court will of course take into account the DUI, alleged alcoholism, sexts, murder for hire plot, and the fact that Terri will not cooperate to help find missing Kyron, before they make a decision about Kiara. In the meantime, Kaine has a restraining order against Terri so that she cannot see Kiara at this time.)
