Terry D. Hillyard, Union Star Missouri, Dies, Leave Your Comments
About 3 miles South of Union Star, Terry traveled off the North side of the roadway. His vehicle then returned to the road before going off the South side of the road where he struck an embankment. His truck came to rest in the creek.
He wasn't pronounced dead at the scene until 7:00 am. He was not wearing a seat belt when the Missouri State Highway Patrol discovered him and his wrecked vehicle. The vehicle which was totaled and was towed away by L&M towing to their lot. The body of Terry Hillyard was taken to Heaton Bowman Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be announced by his family later.
