Texarkana, Texas Orthodontists: Dr. Stacee Burson
Teens Get Great Orthodontics Care at Stacee Burson's Clinic
Texarkana, TX 75503
United States of America
Dr. Burson gave us a free consultation. During the consultation, she took x-rays of my daughter's mouth and gave us a free estimate of what costs to expect and what work must be done at her clinic for my daughter to have teeth realignment. We received a very nice booklet explaining the treatment to expect and how to get started with it.
Upon our second visit to Dr. Burson, we paid a small fee for the records ($150 at the time) and were given options on how to pay for the work to be done. An impression was made and photos were taken of my daughter's mouth so progress could later be apparent.
Upon our third visit to Orthodontics by Dr. Burson, my daughter received her spacers, which are rubberbands placed between the teeth to force small spaces to open. During this visit, I chose the payment plan and provided the down payment. Dr. Burson offers three separate payment plans to make it easy to afford treatment. Orthodontics are not cheap, but we had already been saving and knew some about the cost by doing research on the price range of the work needed. We could have chosen a cheaper route, but I wanted to be assured of the quality care my daughter deserved. At this office, quality is what you pay for and what you receive. Dr. Burson's office and staff are pleasant, reassuring, classy, professional, and accommodating. The atmosphere and furnishings welcomes and calms the visitors and patients with pleasant decor and comfort. Ease of access to the clinic is also a plus.
The cost of my daughter's orthodontics is slightly over $5300 (costs may vary according to patient treatment needs). However, we have thus far received timely reminders, careful and detailed explanations, a booklet that explains the process of orthodontics, an explanation of the reward system for patient cooperation, a detailed explanation of the payment options, ease of scheduling, quick replacement of an unexpected spacer loss, tablets to show areas of improper brushing on the teeth, a sample of flouride, a sample of toothpaste, a tee shirt to wear on appointment day (which goes along with the reward system for the patient), a new toothbrush, a key to turn the expander, the expander, a small container holding wax to soothe sore areas, floss, and a detailed and picturesque instruction sheet on brushing and foods to avoid during treatment, and emergency number in case of a problem with the expander device, and pictures to keep of my daughter's teeth so that we can see the progress for ourselves as we go along. We also received a tablet to dry the mouth before each of the previous visits to first have the spacers installed and then to have the expander installed. There is an email address available to patients for reminder confirmations as well as for newsletters sent out by Dr. Burson's clinic.
I recommend this clinic, staff, and doctor to anyone who feels their child is worth quality treatment and braces. It has a modern appearance, is clean and tastefully built and designed, and has private parking for patients, clients, and visitors. I feel totally confident in my child receiving the best care with Dr. Stacee D. Burson, D.M.D., M.S.
