Texas Death Row Inmate, Charles Dean Hood, Sends Out a Plea for Help

Claims Unethical Moves by Judge's Played a Big Part, Before and After His Conviction

Dee
Charles Dean Hood, a Texas death row inmate's life was spared on June 17, 2008 when a 30 day reprieve was granted to him just hours before he was set to die by lethal injection.Hood was convicted of murdering a couple almost 20 years ago, although he maintains his innocence.

According to eflux media " State District Judge Curt Henderson lifted the death warrant. This decision made the prosecutors appeal and The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals revoked the order because Henderson didn't have the authority to make such a decision." A new execution date of September 10, 2008 has been issued to Hood by presiding Judge John Nelms.

In letters received from Charles, he states "I need big time help," the Court of Criminal Appeals in Texas is overlooking something that is so crucial, why won't they help?" He says the entire process is just draining him mentally and physically. Hood states his trial was not fair, and has plenty to say about it. He says there were unethical moves.

Hood claims "The Court of Criminal appeals Judge called the Judge who was overseeing my case after the other judge gave me a stay, then he recused himself, the prosecutors seeked another Judge to sign and take away the stay, and Judge Sharon Keller told him to sign it. A complete unethical move, which just continues the corruption surrounding this case. Judge Keller is not supposed to call another Judge and demand that they sign the paper to revoke the stay. She again over stepped her boundary, so what does that say to you, that the corruption just looms zealously over my case."

When referring to the alleged romantic affair between the presiding Judge, and District Attorney during his Capital murder trial Hood stated, "The State of Texas is just trying to push the Judicial Misconduct, It was true without a doubt they were having a sexual illicit affair during my trial." The Judge, Sue Holland making the lawyers go to her chambers extremely often, without the court reporter, not allowing me, experts, to suppress the evidence."

Hood also states that "They said I was over the house (crime scene) when the 911 tape was recorded, but I have Maintained that it is not my voice in the background. The judge would not allow me to have a voice analysis test done, even though the jury asked to hear the tape. "Why doesn't people in America come forward? Doesn't a life matter? It's not me in the back ground."

Hood also brings up the question, "How can someone be in Lewisville Texas with someone else at a cash express machine at the same time and do it in 4 minuets. It is impossible to drive to Lewisville from Plano (crime scene) in 4 minuets.

"The courts won't allow me to have these tests performed to prove my innocence:

(1) Voice analysis test: To prove it's not my voice on the 911 tape

(2) Expert testing to prove that those are not bloody fingerprints the Prosecutor say are, but actually (spatter) prints which blood gets on.

(3) DNA testing

Hood states" All they want to do is kill me and say "the hell with constitutional rights." How can society stand by and let this happen? I need some help, please help!
