A delicious cookie with oatmeal, raisins and coconut.
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cups flour
3 cups Oatmeal-dry
1 cup raisins
1 cup white cocunut
1. Heat oven to 345 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients together except for the oats, raisins and cocunut.
3. Once mixed together add oats first-then mix, then raisins-mix and then add cocunut and mix well.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto aluminum foil over baking pan.
5. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool on cookie sheet or foil.
