Thank You, Associated Content

A Thank-you Note

Thank you, Associated Content!

(excuse me while I clear my throat - I'm just so filled with emotion right now)

For years I have been honing my craft and educating myself on developing my skills as a writer. For years I have grown old watching boys and girls, decades younger than I am, reap rewards of much deserved (I'm trying to sound unresentful) success. And I have been writing, writing, writing, promoting, promoting, promoting, with little to no success after all my hard work.

I have been rejected, I have felt dejected, and I have been subjected (to entities that refuse to print my writings because nobody "knows" me).

And then you - Associated Content - come along (excuse me while I wipe my tears) and offer your services to me, a middle aged woman, who finds "our" web site so easy to maneuver you would think you designed it just for me.

And to think I could submit video, audio, or slideshows if only I knew how.

Associated Content, you are awesome! Your FAQ's answer all of my questions, your allowable content appeals to my eclectic nature, and, above all, you accept me and everything I write. I feel like Sally Field felt after winning the Academy Award in 1985 for her role in "Places in the Heart." You LIKE me!

Well, associatedcontent.com, you have a place in my heart. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to publish my content and for providing me with a platform to express my talents. And thank you for paying me to do so.

And now on to some shameless promotions from this content producer who is happy she made the associatedcontent.com connection.

  • A phenomenal web site for writers and videographers.
  • Great web site for people who love to shamelessly promote their works.
  • FAQs cover just about everything!

Yes, I think AC is a wonderful venue, too! Check out Roz Zurko's profile. She claims between AC and social networking sites, she got the national exposure she never had before. I personally, am not a social networking type, so that does not appeal to me, but it's food for thought!
