Making The Bread
The Puff rolls are easy to make. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter in a large saucepan, till it gets to a rolling boil. Stir in the flour. Stir the entire time you are mixing the flour in, until it forms a ball of dough. Usually takes about a minute. Remove from heat. Immediately beat in all of the eggs. This should make the mixture smooth and glossy.Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls on un-greased baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown, puffy and dry. Take off of baking sheet and place on a wire rack to cool. Keep out of drafty areas. This will affect the texture of the rolls.2
The Ham Blend
Blend the Deviled Ham with the horseradish, pepper, onion powder and sour cream. Place in the refrigerator until right before you are ready to serve your appetizers.3
Putting It Together
Just before you are ready to serve this delicious appetizer, cut the tops off of the puff rolls with a sharp knife. Dig out any soft bread, leaving a cup. Fill each puff with a spoonful of the ham mixture and place on your most decorative holiday plate- Grilled Fish Taco
