Ingredients

Serves 20
1/2 Cup Butter or margarine
1 Cup Water
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
4 Large Eggs
3 Cans Canned Devilled Ham
1 TBSP Horseradish
3/4 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Onion Powder
1/3 Cup Sour Cream

Directions for Thanksgiving Appetizers

1
Making The Bread
The Puff rolls are easy to make. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter in a large saucepan, till it gets to a rolling boil. Stir in the flour. Stir the entire time you are mixing the flour in, until it forms a ball of dough. Usually takes about a minute. Remove from heat. Immediately beat in all of the eggs. This should make the mixture smooth and glossy.Drop by rounded teaspoon fulls on un-greased baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown, puffy and dry. Take off of baking sheet and place on a wire rack to cool. Keep out of drafty areas. This will affect the texture of the rolls.
2
The Ham Blend
Blend the Deviled Ham with the horseradish, pepper, onion powder and sour cream. Place in the refrigerator until right before you are ready to serve your appetizers.
3
Putting It Together
Just before you are ready to serve this delicious appetizer, cut the tops off of the puff rolls with a sharp knife. Dig out any soft bread, leaving a cup. Fill each puff with a spoonful of the ham mixture and place on your most decorative holiday plate
