1. What: Thanksgiving Cross-Country Classic
Where: Reid Park Ramada 10 on Country Club, north of 22 nd Street
Time: 8:00 A.M. Open Women's 5K; 8:45 A.M. Open Men's 5K; 9:30 A.M. Co-ed 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Fee: Registration at the Running Shop (3055 N. Campbell Avenue) November 19 (10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.) & 21-23 (10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.) : 5K - $18.00 for SAR (Southern Arizona Roadrunners) members & $20.00 for non SAR members; Fun Run/Walk - $12.00
On-Site Race Day Registration (7:00 A.M.-8:00 A.M.) : 5K - $25.00; Fun Run/Walk - $15.00
The multi-loop terrain is grass and dirt and it can be a fun race consisting of hay bales and water jumps. Awards will be given. The race benefits Toys For Tots.
2. What: Holiday For The Park
Where: Tohono Chul Park at 7366 N. Paseo del Norte off of Ina Road, west of Oracle Road
Time: 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Fee: Free with $8.00 park admission
Hand-crafted ornaments and holiday decorations done by local artists are for sale. Experience nature, art and culture, through the park, the exhibits and in the galleries and shops.
3. What: Cruelty Free Vegetarian Thanksgiving Dinner
Where: Govindas Natural Foods at 711 E. Blacklidge Drive, east of 1st Avenue between Glenn & Fort Lowell
Time: 12:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.
Fee: adults - $14.95; children 9-12 -$5.95; children 4-8 - $4.95; ages 3 and under - free.
Enjoy organic tofu turkey, apple walnut quinoa stuffing, acorn squash with maple syrup, organic mashed potatoes and carrot gravy, cranberry sauce, green bean almondine, rice pilaf, savory soup, orange zest dinner rolls, a full salad bar and pumpkin pie. Curley Sue, their pet turkey, will be on the grounds to greet guests.
4. What: Stefan George Concert
Where: La Cocina at Old Town Artisans at 201 N. Court Avenue
Time: 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M.
Fee: Free

5. What: Paradise Bar & Lounge Concert
