Thanksgiving Pumpkin Mousse Recipe

This dessert recipe is light and tasty and so easy to make!

2 ½ cups Frozen Vanilla Yogurt

1 Box of instant Vanilla Pudding

2 Cups pumpkin pie mix

In a large bowl, mix ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended.

Spoon into individual dessert cups and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Thanksgiving Spiced Cherries Over Pears Recipe

Impress your Thanksgiving Day guests with this easy but sophisticated dessert recipe.

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dash of ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries

1 can pears in light syrup (drain juice)

1 cup whipped topping

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, pie filling and cranberries

Cover and cook approximately 4 minutes-until the mixture reaches a boil.

Spoon the cherry mixture over the pears.

Top each pear with whipped topping and sprinkle the nuts evenly over each serving

Thanksgiving Spiced Cranberry and Mandarin Sauce Recipe

This easy recipe yields the perfect sauce to spoon over ice cream or pound cake.

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons allspice

2 cups water

2 (12 ounce bags) of fresh or frozen cranberries

2 cans mandarin orange slices (drain juice)

Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat until mixture comes to a low boil.

Reduce the heat and cook at a low boil for approximately 10 minutes.

Cool completely before refrigerating.
