Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #1 - Bean Dip
Ingredients:
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Medium Onion
1/2 Clove Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Drain liquid from kidney beans. Process in food processor until smooth. Mix in sour cream. Finely mince the onion and garlic. Add to the kidney beans and sour cream mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #2 - Guacamole Dip
Ingredients:
3 Avocados
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Chili Pepper
1 Small Tomato
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Directions:
Peel avocados. Cut up and discard pit. Process in food processor. Chop the onion, chili pepper and tomato finely. Add to the avocados and process for about two minutes. Add the sour cream and lemon juice and mix well by hand.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #3 - Onion Dip
Ingredients:
1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Medium Onion
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
Directions:
Dice the onion. Add the onion soup mix, cottage cheese, sour cream and milk. Process in food processor for two minutes until blended.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #4 - Blue Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crushed
8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese and milk. Add blue cheese and mix well.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #5 - Salsa Dip
Ingredients:
4 LargeTomatoes
1/2 Onion
1/2 Green Pepper
1 Clove Garlic
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/8 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Cut up the tomatoes, green pepper and jalapeno pepper into small chucks and discard the seeds. Dice the onion and garlic. Mix together all ingredients.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #6 - Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients;
1 Frozen 8 Ounce Package of Spinach
1 8 Ounce Can of Artichoke Hearts
1/2 Onion
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain. Finely chop artichoke and onion. Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator.
Thanksgiving Dip Recipes #7 - Cucumber Dip
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1 8 Ounce Package of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/8 Teaspoon Dill
1/8 Teaspoon Chives
Directions:
Peel cucumber. Cut into small pieces and discard seeds. Put into food processor for two minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
All of these Thanksgiving dip recipes can be made ahead of time or the day before. Store in the refrigerator until an hour before guests arrive. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, green onions or any raw vegetables of your choice.
