The leaves have gone brown
And all fallen down
so we know the time is here.
The colors are bright
Everything is just right
And friends are always near.
The people are cheery
but the turkeys are leery
So they keep and open ear.
The birds pool their wit
And they almost befit
but suddenly remembered last year!
