Thanksgiving Poem for the Family
There is a day set aside once a year
it allows us all to come together
Before spreading the christmas cheer
and the colder winter weather
It is a special day for family to reflect
with plenty of good intention
we can't afford to ever neglect
the one we need to mention
God is all around us and gives the life
we all appreciate on this day
no matter our worries, our problems, or strife
it is his will we must obey
Let us all say our thanks to Jesus for the life he gave
it is important for us to understand
for those that have accepted Jesus will be saved
according to his holy plan.
