Finish off the meal with Spiced Pumpkin Pie with nutmeg whipped cream. The cost of the plated meal is $22.95 per person for adults and $12.95 per person for children 12 years and under. On Monday, November 19, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., executive chef/owner Nadia Tilkian will hold her monthly cooking class series at Maijean. This month, learn to create a traditional Thanksgiving meal for a small crowd. Menu items include Turkey En Croute, Green Beans Almondine, Mashed Potatoes with cabbage and bacon. From now until November 19 you can order Smoked Turkey and Homemade Cornbread Stuffing from Chicago's famous barbecue place, The Smoke Daddy. Each turkey is smoked for 3-4 hours in apple cherry and hickory wood, giving it a wonderful flavor. Cornbread Stuffing is $3/person. Turkeys are $5/lb and range from 15-22 pounds.
