Cut a small hole in the miniature pumpkins, the size of the candle diameter.

Put a candle inside.

Instant Thanksgiving Decor for your dinner table.

Candles

There are many possibilities with candle arrangements for your table. Here is just one idea:

Place light brown and cream-colored candles in a metal wire style basket. Try to get a basket long enough to place several candles of different heights in. Intertwine berries and artificial autumn foliage around the outside of the wire basket.

Pumpkin Vase

Use a large carved out pumpkin as a vase for fall foliage, flowers, twigs, etc. First place the bouquet you've designed into a smaller container such as a soup can, or yogurt container. Fill with water, and place in the pumpkin.

Bountiful Basket

Use a beautiful crafted basket to make a display using dried corn, mini pumpkins, small pinecones, and fall foliage and gourds.

Cranberries

Use a clear glass vase and fill it with beautiful cranberries. Intersperse some interesting twigs or willow, and this display will be breathtaking on your table.

Cranberries and Light

Fill a pretty glass bowl with cranberries. Place several tea light candles in and light. Beautiful and warm centerpiece in just minutes!

Apples and Light

Take a tea light candle and place it on top of an apple. Trace and cut out a hole in the apple and place tea light candle inside.

Get a large semi-deep glass bowl and fill with water.

Place apples inside and light the candles.

Pinecone Warmth Centerpiece

Collect some pretty pinecones and display them in a wire basket. Intertwine beautiful fall leaves that you have pressed between two hard books earlier. Add some fall colored pillar candles on either side of the pinecone display.

Mini Pumpkins

Place mini pumpkins down the length of the table. Try using white pumpkins for a more unique look. Leave some spacing between the mini pumpkins. Lace berries in and around the pumpkins.

Memory Table Runner

Start a family tradition using a simple fall colored table runner. Have family and friends write a memory or gratitude using a marker or pen. You can embroider all the writing after the Thanksgiving holiday, and next Thanksgiving you will have a beautiful and special addition to your Thanksgiving table.

Thanksgiving is all about family, sharing, remembering, and most of all, being thankful. It is a holiday that warms the heart. The stress of preparing the Thanksgiving Day meal can take away your enjoyment if you let it. Try to keep things simple. Use items around the house and in your yard to warm up the rooms and table. It is fun and inexpensive, and just about everything you find will work.

Remember to set your table the night before Thanksgiving. In the morning when you get up, you will be pleasantly relaxed just seeing your beautiful table ready for your guests!
