Into your presence

With grateful hearts
We remember
The blessings in our lives,
And we
Give thanks
On Thanksgiving.

Spare a thought, friend,
For those in need,
And remember
The poor...
The suffering...
The cold and lonely...

Show your gratitude
Through your actions
By doing good for them.
Feed and clothe them;
Comfort them;
Warm them by the fire.

Bless them with your lives.
God will be grateful.
