That's What Friends Are For

Dan Reveal
There's no need to thank me
when I bring you cookies from the store.
I'll just give a wink, show a smile,
and say, "That's what friends are for!"

And when I send you postcards
from the dazzling sunset shore,
just keep in mind that I'm on your side.
That's what friends are for.

Every day is Christmas
in a heart that's truly kind.
To me, you're like an apple pie
made with sugar that's so refined.

So when I take you dancing
on that midnight ballroom floor,
don't hesitate to fall in love.
That's what friends are for.

I am so glad you finally published again Dan. You always make my day. Say, is that a new puppy of yours. So adorable. But you always give me a warm fuzzy anyway from your brotherly friendship.
