1. Play a sport- Any sport that is a real sport like football, soccer, baseball, softball, etc. It doe snot really matter what the sport is but at least ply one for a bit. This is one of those levels that help us keep in shape and also to feel that urge of competition in sports that men always seem to talk about.
2. Learn to change the oil in your car- I hate listening to the mean who come up and basically tell me that I have no idea anything about my car. My father made sure that I was able to change the oil in my car, also change the spark plugs, and change the battery, tires and so forth. I think just once every woman should be able to know how to change the oil in their own car at least once. I am fine with paying the guys and gals at Jiffy Lube to do the oil change normally but at least I know how to do it myself.
3. Shop in New York City, Milan, Paris or some other major shopping area- at least once. It is a shopping at home work, as well as shopping online but nothing is quite like walking the streets of something like New York City, Milan, Paris or any other city like that to enjoy the thrill of the shopping hunt.
4. Skip the next fad diet- don't even bother, it is another fad diet. They almost never work and a waste of time, just skip the next one without even bothering.
5. Learn to plant something- anything that includes herbs, flowers or something. People have been doing it for centuries and the digging around in the dirt is often calming during the rough spots.
6. Learn to BBQ- It is not a male only field, I promise. Barbequing is a lot of fun, there is fire, meat and the joy of cooking outside. Enjoy it.
7. Don't obsess over your weight for a whole week- it is harder than it seems. Just don't think about if you are overweight, underweight, or if the dress makes you look fat for a whole week.
8. Read Shakespeare- Don't just watch the movie, read the Cliff Notes version or skim the story. Actually read it and if that doesn't work, see it as a play. Watch the whole play. Even just reading the poems but read something by one of the greats.
9. Live away from the city or state you were born in- Many have already done this at least once, but if not everyone should live away from home at least for awhile. Especially if you can live outside of your home country, this is one of the best ways to understand another culture and customs of another country.
10. Try something new sexually- Many of us get stuck in what works to get us and our partner off. We all should expand our horizons, even if it is trying a new position, a threesome, with a girl or even learn some tantric.
