Although the 2006 Mercedes-Benz ML350 is quite pricey, starting at around $40,500, consumers will be buying this SUV used, as it has been four years since this model was released by Mercedes-Benz. According to Kelley Blue Book, the suggested retail price for an ML350 in pretty good used condition could run close to around $28,000. For many consumers, a used ML350 may still be quite pricey, yet I believe that this car is well worth the extra money.
There are several reasons why one might be willing to pay a little extra for this SUV. The following is a list of amenities, from my personal experience, and according to Motor Trend's website, that the ML350 has to offer:
*Auxiliary jack for MP3 player
*CD player in the dash
*Five seats
*Four-valve 3.5-liter V-6 or three-valve 5.0-liter V-8
*Control buttons on the steering wheel
*Airbags for the driver and front-seat passenger
*Curtain side bags
*Leather seats
Additionally, I have found the ML350 to be easy to drive, and the seats to be very comfortable. The car feels quite sturdy, which makes it convenient for anyone in need of an SUV to transport things or travel long distances. This also makes it an ideal SUV for families or couples.
Clearly, the ML350 has many advantages, however consumers must consider that insurance and repair for this SUV can be expensive. Also, as with any other SUV, the ML350 consumes a lot of gas, which is another reason why this car can be so expensive. Therefore, I would recommend the Mercedes-Benz ML350 to anyone who is looking for luxury and comfort as a priority when purchasing an SUV.
