The Health Fair is sponsored by Montrose Memorial Hospital. Co-sponsors of the Health Fair are Alpine Bank, Hartman Brothers, Aero-Care, The InsuranceCenter, and TEI Rock Drills.
Blood draws will be done until 11 am and there is a fee for the different tests:
Chemistry & Lipid Profile $40
Hemoglobin A1C $35
PSA for Prostate Health $30
CBC $20
Vitamin D Screening $40
If you plan on having a blood test, you must fast for 10 hours before your blood is drawn. Drink plenty of water to keep from becoming dehydrated. You can pay by check or cash only. The Health Fair will not bill your medical insurance.
The Health Fair also offers some health screenings and most of them will be free. There are a few that will have small charge. Some of the health screenings that will be offered are:

Hearing Screening
Nutrition Information
Bone Density Screening
Pulmonary Function Testing
Skin Cancer Screening

Pneumovax Vaccination - $14.50
TdaP Vaccination - $14.50 (Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis)

There is no appointment necessary for any of these health fair items.
The Health Fair will begin at 6:30 am - 12 Noon. Please enter from the Front entrance which is on the south side.
