NPN 5k Run/Walk
This weekend is the most awaited event for over a year. The 25th
Honda LA Marathon has 25,000 runners; it is sold out the course from the new stadium to the sea course in very appealing scenery. LA Marathon attracts local and global interests.
The new course starts from Dodger Stadium, runners go through downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills on their way to the Veterans Administration grounds to the finish line in Santa Monica.
The NPN LA 5K serves as the official warm up race to the 25th Honda LA Marathon, 4000 people will start the 3.1-mile NPN LA 5K Run/Walk
This year's NPN LA Marathon 5K, Run/Walk sponsored by New Performance Nutrition, which is held at 8 a.m. tomorrow Saturday, March 20, at Dodger Stadium. Registration for this race costs $35 and is available online and on race day, beginning at 6:30 a.m. The NPN LA Marathon 5K ends at 11 a.m. Expo where there are festivities.
Free parking is being available for all participants in Lot K at Dodger Stadium.
Many of the runners participate in the Marathon's charity program, raising funds for a wide range of worthy causes every year.
