The 3 Cs to Getting the Girl

For centuries, men have searched far and wide for answers to the mysteries of women. The truth is it is not as difficult as you might think. In fact, it is relatively easy to unlock a woman's heart if you know where to find the key. And now you have.

We've all heard about "types". Tall, dark, and handsome...big, tan, gym addict...blonde beach boy. Whatever it is, all women have one. It's the type of guy that catches our eye right away. However, looks can be deceiving and we need more than just a pretty face. I have no objections to eye candy, don't get me wrong; but if he is as intellectual as a hole in the wall, it won't last long. No matter what our "type", there are a few things that we all can appreciate. If you get this right, you are sure to sweep us off our feet.

This is where the 3 Cs come in: Confidence, Charisma, and Creativity. What? I bet you were expecting Cash, Cars and Careers, right? Nope. Although all of these are very nice things to have, what women really want is the Cinderella fairy tale. We want to be swept off our feet and have a romance like the ones you see in all those sappy romantic chick flicks. Women want passion, love and lust, like the women have in novels with Fabio on the front. If you can provide this, she's hooked!

If you weren't born with these qualities, do not panic. All of these qualities can be easily acquired. To build confidence, you first need to be happy with yourself. Don't devote endless time and energy to being someone that you're not. It will never work! Accept the fact that you are who you are; with the body you were given. What you perceive is what others perceive about you. So, if you know you're sexy, you'll be oozing sexiness and you'll have women crawling all over you...even if you're not the hottest guy in the room! Why? Because confident (not arrogant) people are the most fun to hang around.

You possess charisma when you can take charge, go for what you want, and having certain likability about you. So how do you get it? Go after what you want! If you see a girl in the coffee shop and she shoots you that look, go buy her coffee for her and offer to share some biscotti. Practice makes perfect, so the more you do it the better you'll get. Do not be afraid of rejection; chances are she is just as insecure as you are so make sure you complement her.

If you are creative, you are golden. That does not mean that you need to possess some secret talent. All it means is that you have to put some thought into doing things for her. You need to make yourself memorable. The best way is by embracing the element of surprise. We do not want the typical flowers at the typical restaurant. We want something unexpected that will throw us of guard. So, even if you cannot write poetry like Frost, serenade her like Enrique, or paint like Monet, do not fret. Next time you want to ask a girl out, cover her car in cute messages written on sticky notes, surprise her with huge sunflowers at work, or any other cute and funky thing you can think of. Guarantee you she won't say no!
