The 3 Most Disturbing Dog Videos on YouTube

Phil Dotree
As great as YouTube is, regular users know that it has no shortage of creepy-as-all-hell videos. That's why the world knows the "What What in the Butt" song, after all.

There seem to be quite a few creepy YouTube videos with people and their dogs. Why? Maybe people with pets are, as a whole, creepy. Maybe all creepy people with dogs also have camcorders. Whatever the case, here are the three creepiest videos of people with their pets on YouTube.

1. Where's The Otter, Bucky? - This video consists entirely of a man filming his dog, Bucky, and asking that dog where the otter is. At no point is there an actual otter in the video, or does the dog do anything, other than whine a little bit and look around nervously, at which point the man laughs, "that's a good Bucky boy." It's the stuff that Silence of the Lambs was made of. I can't tell whether the man is unnaturally attracted to the dog or unnecessarily fascinated with it, but there's something unnatural happening, and the ambient background sound only furthers the sense of I must call the authorities and let them know that this is happening.

2. Where's Boner? -

More from the category of "people asking their dogs where things are." This woman seems oblivious to the fact that "boner" means something besides a dog bone, and even her dog seems to be laughing a little bit at her. Here's something fun; put this video on repeat, and see how many times you can stand it. For me, the number is about 1,500, and still going. Where's boner? Where's boner? Where's boner? WHERE'S JIMMY?!!!!

3. Talking Dog, Really! - This is a video of a man trying to get his husky to talk to a reporter. The dog won't. Every once in a while, it goes "woo wooo woo wooo," which is sort of like talking. It's really just the dog realizing that it's time to vocalize. Most people with talking animal videos on youtube realize this, but the shaggy haired, weird-looking hillbilly family in this video doesn't see it that way. Their dog is actually talking to him, expressing its wants, desires, fears. Which would be believeable, if instead of saying, "I love you daddy," the dog said something like, "man does ass smell awesome," or "I'm going to go smell that thing for a while and then throw up on the carpet."
