Hold on a second, all this sounds very impressive. Losing weight in only four short days? Can it be entirely possible for you to trim a few unwanted pounds in such a short period of time? I realize that losing weight is difficult but there is a vast amount of secrets in the industry you can simply apply to your life in order to assist you in your weight loss goal in the time frame mentioned. Let's face it, four days is a short period of time, right?
Therefore, should you wish to learn how to make this possible, take a few minutes to read this article and you could change your life for the better. I'll be completely frank with you; I'm not going to tell you that you can lose 25 pounds in four short days, that's just a pipe dream for the vast majority of us. Instead I will be completely honest with you and advise you of a sensible and more importantly, a safe target for the four days. Yes there are many unhealthy and unsafe rapid weight loss products out there but I want to give you some friendly advice that you too can benefit from as I have.
OK so the weight loss target we are talking about here is approximately 2 to 5 pounds.
I know, I know, many of you no doubt thought that figure was going to be a lot higher, but between 2 and 5 pounds is a safe amount of excess body fat to lose and is also a great achievement and one every single person should be proud of. If you're new to weight loss, you will notice the weight fall off far quicker than someone who is perhaps half way through their plan so there is no time like the present I say. The more weight you have to lose, the more weight you will lose.
Let's put the plan in to action:
First up, if you're serious about losing weight in such a fast time frame then the first port of call for us all is to drastically change your eating habits and your diet in general, and we do this super fast not allowing our bodies the chance to adapt to the sudden change. You should cut down your intake of daily calories to around 1200, this encourages your body to burn the unwanted fats much faster than normal.
Secondly, if you usually eat substantial meals 3 times a day then this MUST immediately change and be replaced by smaller portions but also more often. Instead of eating a full breakfast, a sit down lunch and then your evening meal, have 5 evenly spaced out small meals inclusive of fruit or yoghurts for snacks. This allows more time for your body to burn away the calories while constantly fuelling your body throughout the day. The body can't burn fat without fuel, and the 5 small healthy meals we have throughout the day are the fuel it needs.
Last but by no means least, fill that glass up with water all day long and drink. This is not a cliché that some of you might think, this is extremely important when it comes to weight loss. A minimum of 8 glasses of water should be consumed by each and every one of us. If you are exercising, then it should be more like 10-12 glasses per day. Drinking lots of water helps increase your metabolism meaning your body can burn the excess fat a lot easier and it flushes out all the toxins in your body also.
So, as I mentioned earlier, I am going to be completely honest with you. What I will say regarding this weight loss plan is that for some of you will not find this very easy at all. In fact some of you may well be cursing the day you ever read this article as the whole experience may not be that pleasant for you, and the reason for this is that your body does not like drastic changes like this. It makes your body feel uncomfortable but this is normal, this is what we are trying to achieve because through time, your body will adapt to the change and your new way of life will become the norm.
