The Refrigerator ~
Many whiteboards come with a magnetic strip along the back. This makes it perfect for putting on your refrigerator door. Most of them also have a clip at the top for the pen, so that you can keep a pen with the board at all times. Keeping a whiteboard and pen on the refrigerator door makes it easy for you to jot down items that you need to remember to get on your next grocery shopping trip. When it is time to go to the store you can take the board down and carry it with you, or copy them down onto paper all at once. Then wipe the board clean for a fresh start.
By the Front Door ~
A whiteboard by the front door is the perfect place for you to jot down notes about things that you need to take with you when you leave the house. It is also handy to note where you are going as you are leaving, so that other family members will know where you have gone.
The Bathroom ~
How many times have you been in the bathroom when you suddenly got an important idea that you wanted to remember? Most people don't keep paper and pencil in the bathroom because the paper gets soggy with the steam when they shower. By putting a whiteboard in your bathroom, you will have a quick place to jot down notes that won't be hampered by dampness. Keep from losing all those important thoughts that come to you in the bath by jotting them down onto a whiteboard in your bathroom.
Your Car Dashboard ~
When you are driving long distances your mind begins to wander. You start to think of things you need to get from the store, solutions to problems going on at work, and phone calls you need to make. By the time you get to your destination all those things have been forgotten. If you put a small white board on the dash of your car you can jot down these thoughts as they come to you so that you won't lose them. For safety's sake, only make notes on your dashboard whiteboard when you are stopped at a red light (or have someone else in the car make the note for you) so that you can keep your eyes on the road.
By the Couch ~
The table next to your couch, or your favorite comfortable chair, is the perfect place for a whiteboard to jot down notes after you have gotten comfortable for the evening. Once you have settled down you may suddenly think of something you need to remember for the morning, or you may see a television commercial that reminds you of something you need to pick up from the store. If you are already comfortable you are less likely to get up and look for paper and pencil to work with. By having a whiteboard right next to the couch, you can jot down the notes immediately and then get back to relaxing.
A rewritable white board is handy for all of the thoughts that you want to jot down without wasting any paper. You can find small white boards in packs of three or four at your local discount store, and arrange them in all these convenient places inside of your home.
