Technology is great and it is necessary in today's world. Computers and cell phones are a necessity today. I love both computers and cell phones. However, I think that some people who have cell phones have developed annoying habits when using their cell phones. Don't get me wrong, cell phones are a great addition to the technological landscape. however, they shouldn't replace common sense common courtesy. Here are my top five most annoying cell phone habits.

1. Please don't talk on a cell phone while on a date. This annoying cell phone habit goes to the heart of common courtesy. Anyone who talks on their cell phone while on a date shows that they lack a bit of common courtesy. This person doesn't deserve a second date. This behavior illustrates a lack of caring. Please be attentive to your date while on a date. Cell phone calls should wait. Please at least show that you are interested in one date with someone. You can communicate in person or on a cell phone later.

2. Please don't talk on a cell phone while driving. This annoying cell phone habit is dangerous. Therefore, it goes against common sense. People can get into car accidents if they use a cell phone while driving. It is essential to remember that cell phone calls are important; however, they aren't as important as driving safely.

3. Please don't use cell phones while at the movies. This annoying cell phone habit falls under the category of lacking common courtesy. People go to the movies to watch the movie. They don't go to the movies to listen to cell phone calls. Doctors can have their cell phones on vibrate at the movies.

4. Please don't keep checking a cell phone all day. This annoying cell phone habit is plain rude. It also shows an obsession with cell phones. People need to turn off their cell phones for a bit each day and enjoy friends and family. If it is nice outdoors the, people should take some time to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

5. Please get rid of ear pieces that go with cell phones. This annoying cell phone habit is ridiculous. yes, accessories are nice and using a ear piece with a cell phone is safer. However, the ear piece looks weird in an ear. In addition, wearing an ear piece in order to take a phone call should only be done in a fast food restaurant. Do you want fries with that cell phone.

Technology has come a long way, computers and cell phones dot today's technological landscape. Technology is great; however, cell phones have made people develop some annoying cell phone habits. People enjoy talking on a cell phone all day long. They also enjoy using them while driving.
