The star of the hit reality show on A&E Criss Angel is filming his third season on location at the Luxor Hotel. The public is invited to watch the tapings of the shows outside the hotel...completely free of charge. There will be 26 half hour episodes and one hour long season finale taped on the grounds of the Luxor. The shooting times vary, weather permitting so it's kind of just a 'show up and see' thing. If that isn't enough, Angel will go on stage with Cirque du Soleil in a show called Believe that will run at the Luxor from September 1, 2008 through the beginning of 2009. Tickets for that venue are priced from $100 and go up.
Lance Burton - Master Illusionist
Lance Burton Theater at the Monte Carlo Resort
Lance Burton's show is all about making things disappear and reappear within the blink of an eye. The show is kid friendly and tickets are $60 and $65. Showtimes are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7pm and Tuesday and Saturday at 7pm and 10pm.
Penn & Teller
The Penn & Teller Theater at the Rio Hotel
Penn & Teller combine comedy with magic and illusions to make this a fun show for all. Showtime is 9pm daily, except Tuesday when there is no performance. Ticket prices are $75 and are available at the Rio Box Office by calling 1-888-746-7784
David Copperfield - Master Magician

Everyone knows who David Copperfield is. He's the guy that made The Statute of Liberty 'disappear'. Showtimes are 7:30pm and 10pm nightly. Ticket prices are $99 reserved and can be purchased at the hotel.

A rotating cast of magicians and a funny host combine to create a new experience each time the show comes on stage Some of the magicians scheduled to appear are Jeff Hobson (who is the host of the show), Dan Sperry, and Losander. This show includes the trademark "beautiful assistants" that were common with old time magic shows. Showtime is 7pm nightly. Ticket prices are $23 and $27 and can be purchased through the hotel.
