The 5 Must Watch Action Movies Coming to Theaters in 2010

In 2010 there will be many action movies to come to the theaters. Some will disappoint us and some will amaze us. From the looks of the movies set to release in 2010, action movies will be in an overabundance of supply. Here are the 5 most anticipated and hyped up action movies that will screen in 2010.

5. Clash of The Titans - Sam Worthington and Taken's Liam Neeson star in this March 26th release. What is worse than a war between all of mankind? How about a war of the gods. Perseus, the son of Zeus tries to stop Hades and the underworld from taking over Earth and the heavens with their evilness. This movie is a remake of the 1981 classic.

4. Salt - Angelina Jolie kicked butt as Tomb Raider's Lara Croft. She later teamed up with Brad Pitt in the hit action movie, Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Now Jolie takes on her next challenge. Angelina Jolie is Evelyn Salt, a CIA agent that is accused of being a Russian spy. She must use all her skills and knowledge to avoid being captured, while trying to prove her innocence.

3. Iron Man 2 - Robert Downey Jr returns to the big screen as Iron Man on May 7th. Unfortunately, Terrence Howard is not back for this sequel, but plenty of great actors fill the void. How about these ladies and gentlemen for co-stars: Scarlett Johansson, Mickey Rourke, Don Cheadle, Samuel L. Jackson, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Yeah, I think they will do.

2. Robin Hood - You begin to wonder how many times they can remake one classic tale. If you told me a couple of years ago that there was going to be a new remake of Robin Hood, I wouldn't have asked you why. What was wrong with Kevin Costner and Robin Hood Prince of Thieves? Coincidently a few months ago I sat down to watch that same film that I once held in very high regard. I quickly got bored and realized this movie had not aged well. Now I am anxiously waiting for the new movie's release on May 14th. Make it work, for Robin Hood fans everywhere, Russell Crowe.

1. The A-Team - In the mid 1980's there was a hit show called the A-Team. The A-team was made up of four Vietnam vets that act as vigilantes helping innocent people, wherever they go. For the movie remake of this series, the main characters are Iraq War veterans that are looking to clear their names, for a crime they were framed for. The cast is headed up by Bradley Cooper, Liam Neeson, Jessica Biel and UFC star Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson, who takes up the role that the infamous MR. T. used to play As Mr. T. would so elegantly say, " I pity the fool," that doesn't watch this movie.
