With the busy years that followed the 1980's, movies that we grew up with took a back seat to life's little changes. For those who went to high school during that decade, we were privileged to watch some of the best movies that ever came out of Hollywood. Bias? You bet! On the top of this 1st is the 1985 release of "The Goonies". This movie portrayed a group of friends, who, in the middle of losing their beloved homes, stumble upon a great adventure in treasure finding and new love. While making one last true adventure together, before everyone has to move due to developers taking over the neighborhood, the kids find themselves running from a family of criminals only to find themselves face to face with the pirate "one eyed Willy". Or is that face to skull? Hum. It's a Saturday morning must see! Show it to your kids, force your friends to watch it again and relive the 80's....above all...revisit this now classic movie!
