The Apprentice: Celebrity Edition Contestants

The 7^th season of The Apprentice will be featuring celebrities as its contestants. This may be perceived as an attempt to revive the shows glory because these 14 celebrity contestants may just turn out to be even more interesting than expected. In order to get a better grasp on what to expect, here are this season's contestants.

Gene Simmons (in real life, Chaim Witz and on born August 25, 1949) is best known as the 'fire breathing and larger than life' co-founder of KISS and currently the star of his own reality show, "Gene Simmons Family Jewel". This guy has a fascination with comic super heroes, speaks five languages and was a former elementary teacher.

Vincent Pastore was born on July 14, 1946. He is an Italian-American with a degree in Drama from Pace University. He used to own a club in New York City before becoming an actor. He's most famous for his role in the long-time running show, "The Sopranos".

Jacob "Tito" Ortiz (a.k.a. The Huntington Beach Bad Boy), was born on January 23, 1975 and is of Mexican descent. He is most famous for being the 5x defending UFC light heavyweight champion before losing to Randy Courture.

Omaroseonee "Omarosa" Manigault was a contestant in The Apprentice way back in 2004. She has a B.A. in Radio/TV Broadcast Journalism from Central State University in Ohio and an M.A. in Mass Communication Studies from Howard University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication Studies. She once competed in the Mrs. America Pageant and has worked for the office of Vice President Al Gore.

Piers Morgan was born on March 30, 1965 at Guilford, England and was an editor for British daily newspaper, "The Mirror" from 1995-2004. His stint with the newspaper ended after The Mirror published faked photographs of alleged Iraqi prisoners being abused by British Soldiers.

Tracy Darrel "Trace" Adkins, according to Wikepedia was born in January 13, 1962 in Sarepta, Louisiana. He is an Amercian country singer (and songwriter) who debut album's single "There's a Girl in Texas" in 1996 reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles and Tracks charts.

Carol Alt is one of 80's supermodels and then turned to acting after quitting the modeling world. In 2004, she published a book discussing various health related issues called, "Eating in the Raw".

Stephen Andrew Baldwin on May 12, 1966 and is one of the famous "Baldwin" brothers. He supports George W. Bush and is a born-again Christian. When he's not acting, he lives in Tucson, Arizona.

Nadia Elena Comaneci was born in November 12, 1961 and is a Romanian gymnast. She won five Olympic gold medals and is the first gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 in an Olympic gymnastic event.

Tiffany Fallon was born on May 1, 1974. She was awarded Playboy Playmate of the Year in 2005. She was also crowned Ms. Georgia USA 2001and attended the Florida State University.

Jennie Finch was born on September 3, 1980, in La Mirada, California and is considred by many as the best softball pitcher in the world. She has won championships and set all-time records for the said sport.

Nely Galan was born in 1963 in Santa Clara, Cuba. She is also called the "Cuban Missile" or the "Tropical Tycoon". At 22, she was the youngest radio station manager in the US, managing WNJU channel 47. She later worked for Timer Warner and HBO and co-developed Tropix, a production company aiming to put Latino actors to fame. She is also founder, president, and CEO of Galan Entertainment.

Marilu Henner was born on April 6, 1952 in Chicago, Illionois. She's a model turned actress of Greek origin. She is author to some health and beauty tips books and was once a part of the choir that sang "Voices that Care".

Lennox Lewis, a heavyweight boxing champion was born in September 2, 1965 in London. He attended Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and had once defeated Mike Tyson on the ring.
