This exquisite restaurant has continued to be voted "Best in City". The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The location is in the historic Atlanta, Georgia neighborhood in the heart of Inman Park. It is nestled in an older building. The unique gourmet foods are a little less costly than you would expect. The food varies through each season to provide in -season vegetables and other ingredients year round. So the menu stays current but still pleasing regulars with their favorites.

Zagat Survey in 2005, gave Wisteria a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. The cuisine description would be contemporary American cuisine with southern style and flair. The food is prepared by owner and inspiring Chef Jason Hill. All the dishes are prepared in a natural iron skillet. Wisteria is really proud of its extensive wine list designed to appease myriads of guests and their varied tastes. The staff is knowledgeable and can assist with suggestions of what you might desire for a casual dinner or for the dinner party, brunch, or awesome lunch you have been meaning to give. Maybe you want to show your work associates how much you appreciate them with a buffet on you. You have a small family reunion coming to Atlanta; you want to plan for a sit down dinner to feed 80 people a 4 course dinner. Great place to have an intimate wedding rehearsal dinner for choice friends and family members and not break the bank .Whatever the reason, no matter the season, Wisteria is ready, willing, and able to accommodate your private party. You'll dazzle your guests with the nostalgic southern flavors leaving them satisfied and pleasantly surprised. The time frame is optional when deciding to have your private party. Choose a delightful early brunch, midday lunch, or early evening dining extravaganza.

Private parties are able to accommodate up to 86 people for a sit down dinner or 120 people for a grand buffet. The price is the same for either one. The full price that Wisteria quotes you does include full service valet and full service bar. Wisteria will be at your service exclusively. Receive top notch service for your special event in the time frame allotted.

Dinner Party Prices

Mondays & Tuesdays the price is $4,500-$5,500/receive a sit down dinner of 60 people or 80 people for a buffet.

Wednesday& Fridays the price is $5,000-$6,000/receive a sit down dinner of 60 people or 80 people for a buffet.

Thursdays- the price is $5,500-$6,500/receive a sit down dinner for 60 people or 80 people for a buffet.

Saturday is the most expensive day to give your dinner party but the most favored day to have an event the price is $8,000-$9,000 for 75 people to sit down or 100 people to have a buffet. You are able to invite more people if it is done on a Saturday.

The prices do not include tax or the 20% gratuity. Prices however do include complimentary valet parking for your guests; a delectable and delicious 4 course sit down menu consisting of hearty appetizers, fresh green salads, gourmet entrees and dessert table .Alcoholic beverages fits into this price as well. Alcohol takes up an average of 20-30% of the fee. I'm sure if this is a non-alcoholic affair the price percentages can be adjusted. The buffet consists of 2 meats, 2 seafood dishes, 2 starches, 2 vegetables, 2 types of salads, a selected # of appetizers and dessert.

Of course you don't have to have a big dinner party to dine at Wisteria. You could go with a small group or another person. Sample of Menu Selections

Soups- Warm sweet potato soup, or Crab Bisque w/ goat cheese calvados crème fraiche. These seasonal soups are soothing, and tasty.

Salads- Arugula & Grilled apple w/honey roasted pecan dressing or has fresh mixed greens w/ goat cheese, cherry ripened bright tomatoes accompanied by house vinaigrette w/ crostini.

Appetizers- Green Tomato fries w/ the right amount of cracked pepper, & spiced blue cheese dip. Hummus fans change it up and try some southern style black eyed pea hummus w/homemade sweet potato chips, olives & tomatoes. Another appetizer I must tell you about it the calamari. Imagine the cornmeal deep fried calamari w/ sweet & sour sauce so good you'll lick it off your fingers followed by wasabi crème fraiche. The seared scallops are also a big hit. The scallops are placed over pork belly and radicchio w/bourbon molasses reduction.

Entrees- Guests declare the southern fried chicken as the best ever. It is so good and is served with braised collard greens a side of sweet roasted corn pudding & mushroom-herb broth. For those desiring a fabulous dish without meat, try a vegetable platter with an array of seasonal fresh veggies grilled, stewed, sautéed and roasted. The Brie cheese stuffed tortellini tossed around w/ brown butter, granny smith apples, walnuts & crisped arugula is a filling pasta dish you will want to try. The entrée selection for this season consist of rack of lamb, shrimp grits, roasted mapleleaf duck etc.

Desserts- The dessert choices are plentiful. Choose from southern layered pecan pie w/ ginger whipped cream, granny's carrot cake served w/ bourbon sauce, or the best warm fudge tart w/ Swiss chocolate orange ice cream. Stay traditional and have the vanilla crème brulee. Can you taste these fabulous desserts?"

    Prices don't include 20% gratuity? We talking 10G's right here. How about Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles? This is a recession! We are cutting back out here...
