The Bachelor After the Final Rose: Will Brad and Emily Tie the Knot?

Is Brad a Bear when it Comes to His Temper? Emily Says Yes

Brad Womack and Emily Maynard reunited on 'The Bachelor: After the Final Rose' after Monday night's episode of 'The Bachelor,' in which Brad proposed to Emily on bended knee.

Real life hasn't been as smooth for the pair, who hadn't seen each other for at least a month before meeting up with Bachelor host Chris Harrison Monday night, although both said they were in love with each other. Brad was ready to get married--in fact, they'd planned to wed today, March 15, but didn't go through with it, mainly because Emily was not ready.

Brad said Emily was sweet, but could be tough, and Emily said Brad had a temper, which his family had warned her about. Most of their fighting, which Brad said could be "volatile" has taken place over the phone since Emily is in Charlotte and Brad in in Austin.

Some of the past bachelors and bachelorettes also came on to give Brad and Emily advice, which seemed to encourage the couple. Brad is ready to be married--he chose her, in part, because she was "settled"-but Emily needs more time to work things out.

That's a contrast to Chantal's claim that if she accepted a wedding proposal she would be ready to marry right then and there, but as everyone knows Emily and Chantal are opposites. Chantal, who also appeared on the show, said she'd met someone she is falling for.

Emily and Brad just need time out of the spotlight to get to know each other before they marry--which makes perfect sense to me.
