The Bachelor: Jake Loves Vienna

Sugar Versus Spice

Rachel Heller
Jake is flying high because he's found love with Vienna. Many people were shocked by his choice. I wasn't shocked because there was immediate physical chemistry between them. Also, Jake seemed to want a woman that he could protect. Vienna fit the bill very well. I hope he doesn't crash land in the land of love. However, I am doubtful that Vienna and Jake will ever walk down the aisle. In other words, Jake and Vienna will not be honeymooning in Vienna.

I think that physical chemistry is a vital part of a romantic relationship. But, romantic relationships that last need to have intellectual chemistry between the couple too. I don't think that Jake and Vienna match up well intellectually. I believe that they will run out of things to talk about at some point. Therefore, the relationship will end.

Tenley, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air. She is sugary sweet and nice. I think that Tenley's problem in Jake's eyes was that she wasn't hot enough for him. I would rather have someone who met my needs emotionally and Tenley did that for Jake. Tenley's a ten in my eyes and she deserves a man who will love her for her. Tenley is also classy because she thanked Jake for showing her what she deserves in a relationship. I wish her well and hope to hear about her in the future.

In addition, I question the seriousness of Jake's relationship with Vienna. They both seem to desire more fame because Jake is set to star on Dancing With the Stars. I think that Jake and Vienna need to go out and date in the real world now instead of being part of another reality show.

This season of The Bachelor has reached its final destination of Vienna. So, all passengers for the Jake flight can remove their sealt belts and watch somthing else until May when Ali takes her shot at love as The Bachelorette. However, I recommend watching for the fasten seat belt sign because I think that Jake and Vienna's relationship can expect some bumpiness along the way. It may even experiece an emergency landing and a bailout.
