The Bachelor: Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi Throw Insults

The 32-year-old pilot and 24-year-old former Hooters girl interviewed on ABC last night with "Bachelor" host, Chris Harrison, after volleying insults in one of the most disgusting displays of middle-school-romance-gone-bad.
StarOnline.com reported two weeks ago that Vienna shared in an exclusive interview that she and Jake had not had sex for four months and that he had continually made up excuses, including that he wanted to wait for marriage. The complete interview is in the July 5th issue and on the newsstands today.
In last night's aired television interview with Harrison acted as the referee, as Pavelka and Girardi bitterly shot insult after insult toward the other. Claims were made of infidelity, emotional abuse, lying, and fame- or fortune-seeking.
Vienna accused Jake of being the "biggest fake liar ever," and implied that he was not even a pilot.
Jake said about his former lover, "She's like a tabloid. You get 40 percent of the truth."
Throughout the televised interview, both showed signs of anger and hyper-defensiveness.
In the end, Pavelka angrily chastised Vienna for continuing to interrupt him. A tearful Girardi ran off the set, ending the interview on a dramatic note.
A smug Pavelka claimed to be "kind of" embarrassed after this latest argument of many.

Did anyone catch that Vienna said Jake had not worked as a pilot in over a year? He said it wasnt true, that he was still working as a pilot and had just flown last week. However, he slipped later and stated that he PAIDED for her dog to fly out to LA several times. Don't pilots get free flight vouchers? I would think they could fly a pet for free as well. Watching his "tell" signs, he was pretty much lying the entire interview. I would love to see a couple of professionals break it down.
Jake Pavelka has sadly but expectedly turned out to be a big jerk. He seemed very arrogant last night. What a change from the sappy ... genuine??? love seeking dude he played out on the Bachelor. I think the media attention has gone to his head. Vienna seems a bit insecure but also justified in her wanting more from a relationship. He seems a bit controlling also. Too bad. Too much too soon.
Both of these people are ridiculous! I think they are both lying. However, I tend to believe Vienna more than Jake.
Jake is immature and EGO!!! Beside he is not handsome LoL! He is ugly man!
I really did not care for Vienna as a person on the show, but I can feel her pain. I can look at them both and know that Vienna is telling the truth. Jake wanted everyone to believe in him. Jake has a temper and I think it is good for Vienna to get away from him. Listen to Jake you know he’s was lying...body language can tell a lot about a person. All I can you is Jake stop playing the games with people feeling it will come back on him. The only person you are fooling is yourself.
A popular show, so people really get into this.
One wonders how these people, and people like them, ever came to public attention. But, I guess everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame (or infamy, as the case may be...) Good report!
