The Bachelor in Paris - January 24, 2006

I just love watching a bunch of women going after one man, and this season it happens to be a Doctor, a handsome Doctor at that. Oh ladies, did you see him with his shirt off, WOW! Yes, I know I'm married, but like they say, "look but you can't touch." And he looks so why can't I :-)

I liked Kristen, she made me laugh, but I think maybe she was more then what Travis was looking for. I'm guessing he doesn't like a woman with a "sense of humor." Or maybe Kristen's "sense of humor" came out a bit too early. What did we learn? Too much poetry and playing with your food is not what you want to do on a "first date."

I could tell from the hot tub that Kristen wasn't going to get the rose. Travis just sit there, and it looked to me like he was thinking, "boy, I sure wish this date would hurry up and end." I think there is someone out there for Kristen, and I sure hope she finds her "Mr. Right." Who knows, maybe she'll end up being the next "Bachelorette."

Then came the one-on-one date with Travis and Susan. They had to find their way to the Café de la Paix in Paris. I think that was the ugliest car I have ever seen. Although, my husband said he'd like to have it right now...Of course, because I told him the car was "ugly." I asked, "why?" Then thought about it a minute and said, "oh, because it would be easy on gas, right?" I was wrong, he said because he thought it was an electric car.

"But don't you have to charge an electric car a lot," I asked?
"Yes, but it would stay charged long enough to get me to work and back."

He was right. I never thought about it that way. However, I knew one thing, it definitely would not make a good date car. It would be hard to fit into the back seat of that tiny thing ;-)

Despite the tiny car, getting lost and the rain, Travis and Susan seemed to have a wonderful time on their date.

Let's talk about Moana. Is she in it for the right reasons? I'm not quit sure yet, but I'm watching her actions closely. What do you think? Do you think she's in it for the right reasons, or do you think she's just playing the game to try and win?

Tara, hmmm…. I think Tara is VERY jealous, and she sure does drink a lot. Every time I see her she has a drink in her hand. I believe her jealousy may keep her from getting very far with Travis. Each time I have seen her break up Travis's one-on-one time with one of the other women it looks as if Travis has a look of irritation on his face. I predict Tara won't last very long? What is your prediction?

Of course we all have predictions for the winner too, right? Who do you believe, at this point will be the winner? Do you think it will be Sarah from Canada, Sara from TN., Susan, Moana, Jehan, or Tara. My guess, it's still a bit early for me to tell, but I am thinking, at this point in show, it just may be Sarah from Canada...there seems to be a connection there.
