Talk about a Pretty Woman experience! The Bachelor Season 15 pulled out all the stops to make Brad Womack's first date with contestant Shawntel Newton full of extravagance!

The lucky contestant is a young funeral director from a small town in California, who is as plain Jane as they come! But to Womack, she exudes sexiness - we'd like to know from what?

On the first part of their date, Womack took her on a shopping extravaganza in Las Vegas, purchasing her designer names she couldn't even pronounce. With bags of goodies, Newton came back to the hotel to show off to the other girls on The Bachelor.

Just when she pulled out leather Fendi purse, the other contestants couldn't help fume with jealousy! But Newton - in my opinion cunningly - knew exactly what she was doing to the other women, and happily paraded all the expensive things around.

The second part of Womack and Newton's date consisted of dinner, rose and fireworks - pretty typical stuff. So let's revisit the shopping - wow! Really? You got a Fendi purse?

If I didn't have such a distaste for dating on TV (and if I were single), I would sign up for The Bachelor too - if only I could fake one night of affection in exchange for expensive designer apparel! Come to think of it...I don't think so!
