If you missed any of The Bachelorette 2010 Week 9 tonight, catch up below with a full recap!

The Bachelorette 2010 In Taha'a Tahiti - Week 9 Recap (July 19)

Though Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky had two wonderful, romantic dates in Tahiti with two of her Top 3 suitors, one man would disappoint her in the worst way tonight. Bachelorette 2010 hopeful, Frank N., has seemed conflicted and brooding from the beginning; tonight, he would reveal his reasons for over-analyzing his relationship with Bachelorette Ali. Turns out, Frank n. has a secret love!

Before he headed to Tahiti, Frank visited an ex-girlfriend named Nicole. The Bachelorette 2010 Week 9 (July 19) episode began with a conflicted Frank explaining his feelings for Ali to Nicole, who ultimately begged him to come back to her. Frank melted for her affections. After Frank decided he was still in love with Nicole, he had to go to Tahiti to tell Bachelorette Ali, who was eagerly planning their special island romance.

After two steamy, sexy overnight dates with Roberto and Chris L., Bachelorette Ali was looking forward to an equally romantic interlude with Frank. Unfortunately, as soon as he arrived, Frank sat Ali down to tell her the grim news. The Bachelorette Week 9 episode, set in breathtaking Taha'a, Tahiti, quickly spiraled downhill as Ali's excitement turned to tears.

Frank admitted he was still in love with his ex, Nicole, a girl Ali had never even heard of before. "Why didn't you say something [earlier]?" Ali asked, looking confused and shocked by Frank's revelations. Frank explained that he didn't know how he felt until he saw Nicole before going to Taha'a, Tahiti, to meet Ali, and that he fully expected to leave Nicole with his feelings resolved. Unexpectedly, he said, he decided he was supposed to be with Nicole after all. Bachelorette Ali was crying, and said she felt Frank's actions were "selfish".

The Bachelorette Week 9 rose ceremony obviously consisted of only Roberto and Chris L., who both received roses and seemed relieved to find out Frank was gone. By the end of The Bachelorette Week 9 (July 19) episode, Ali Fedotowsky seemed closer to her bouncy, bubbly self and the tears had been turned off. As for Frank, Ali said she thinks he's "the biggest jerk" she's ever known for holding back the truth and "keeping himself in the game" as long as he did.

Next week's The Bachelorette Week 10 Reunion Special (July 26) will feature the return of The Bachelorette 2010 cast-offs, including Justin (Rated-R), the weatherman (Jonathan?) and of course, Casey (who inked his love for Ali on his wrist before getting the boot). Will Frank turn up to further explain himself? Stay tuned!
