"The Bachelorette" Finale Shocker?

"The Bachelorette" finale shocker? Only one episode separates us from who Ashley will hand the final rose to. Will she choose J.P. or will she choose Ben?

It seems inevitable these days that Ashley's radar is pointed directly towards J.P. Her choosing Ben would be a huge shocker. Can or will that happen? Or will Ashley stay the course with J.P.?

In the next to last episode, Ashley ditched Constantine(or maybe it was the other way around) to narrow her suitors to just two. There's construction worker J.P. and then there is the winemaker Ben F.
Unless you haven't been watching the show, you probably are well aware that Ashley was head over heels for both of these guys for some time now-perhaps since the Bentley exit. Now it's down to "The Bachelorette" finale where Ashley will get proposed to.

Who will take that final rose? A betting man might say that the older J.P. is the favorite. The two click and it's very apparent that he is most likely the top choice. J.P. does all the subtle things that makes Ashley feel like she is being put on a pedestal. He's giddy and nervous and I truly think Ashley is flattered by that. She wasn't even phased or so it seemed when Constantine walked away. That almost makes one think she has already made her choice weeks ago. Was that choice J.P.? Or are we in for a shocker on the finale?

Ben F. seems like a terrific guy but there's something about it so far that doesn't seem to fit like the whole J.P. and Ashley relationship. I can't help but think that everytime I see Ashley and J.P. together on "The Bachelorette" that I am looking at a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship that has been going on for some time. When I watch Ben F. and Ashley, I feel as if the two are stuck on a perpetual first date. It's not nearly as natural and the awkwardness only makes me believe that J.P. has it locked up-unless he walks away or blows it. I think Constantine was probably well aware of that and perhaps that made his decision that much easier to walk away. It also seemed to help Ashley breeze through the ordeal in the last episode of "The Bachelorette."

I hate to say it but it seems as if Ben F. is a really long shot to be the guy at the end. Whatever has happened has already happened and the guy is probably watching this back in retrospect-or maybe he can't watch. If he is watching, he is undoubtedly seeing the same thing America sees-that Ashley is head over heels for J.P.

It would be the biggest "Bachelorette" shocker in recent years if Ashley chooses Ben F. at the end. I know on paper it seems like a 50-50 chance--but watching as a fan it seems like about 98-2 percent in favor of J.P. Who knows? Maybe something extraordinary will happen when Ashley brings the two guys home to meet he parents. But the safe bet is that J.P. has it sealed and delivered unless he does something really off the wall. Even then, I think J.P. still has plenty of time to recover and land the final rose. Anything else would be a complete shocker on "The Bachelorette" finale.
