Today I was watching reports of the new Wall Street bailout plan. I found it interesting that the two sides of congress are using negotiators to find the best solution. Are you kidding me? They are discussing a plan to right the economy and they can't even do it face to face? Am I supposed to trust them will 700 billion dollars when the resumes of both parties should read "Doesn't play well with others." Ladies and Gentlemen this country is in a crisis and the leaders Congress can't get along. Furthermore this bailout is too little too late. The greed of Wall Street put us where we are now. Too many people were given loans for houses when they should not have been. Why? For the simple reason that the financial institutes wanted to give the illusion that the economy was stable. Too bad it did not work. I am not a financial czar but it seems obvious that putting money into a program that cannot make a return on that investment is not only pointless but foolish.
