The Band Aerosmith

Aerosmith has been one of the greatest rock bands the world has ever known. They have been so influential in so many ways on so many different levels. Aerosmith still has a cult of fans that thrist for more from the band that has been around for a long long time.

Aerosmiths first show was at Nipmuc Regional High School in Mendon, MA on November 6, 1970. Since this first show Aerosmith has put out numerous albums and had many many top hits. Here are a list of albums and top songs on Aerosmiths albums.

Aerosmiths first album that debuted was self titled "Aerosmtih." This album was released in 1973. It includes hit songs such as "Dream On" and "Mama Kin."

Aerosmiths second album which was released in 1974 was "Get Your Wings" which had the songs "Pandoras Box" and "Same Old Song and Dance."

The third ablum that was released was in 1975 and named "Toys in the Attic." It had the songs "Sweet Emotion" and "Walk This Way."

The fourth album in 1976 was "Rocks" and had the hit single "Last Child."

In 1977 the band released "Draw the Line."

The band released a live album in 1978 which was named "Live Bootleg" which had all of there hits up to that time.

1979 the album "Night in the Ruts" was released.

1980 the band came out with another hits album with "Greatest Hits."

1982 came around and the album "Rock In A Hard Place" came out.

In 1985 the band put yet another album out named "Done With the Mirrors."

1986 and 1987 the band released the albums "Classics Live" and "Classics Live 2."

The album "Permanent Vacation" came out also and had the hit singles "Dude Looks Like A Lady" and "Angel."

"Gems" in 1988 and "Pump" in 1989 had the hits "Round and Round", " Love In An Elevator", "Janies Got A Gun", "The Other Side", and "What It Takes."

The first album in the nineties was in 1991 and named "Pandoras Box."

In 1993 the " Get A Grip album came out and had the huge hit singles "Living On the Edge", "Cryin", "Crazy" , and "Amazing."

"Big Ones" came out in 1994 and is still one of Aerosmiths biggest selling albums ever. If you like Aerosmith and you don't have this album then you really aren't a fan of theres.

"Nine Lives" in 1997 came out and had "Pink" and "Hole In My Soul" on it. This album is greatly under appreciated and I think is a wonderful album to add to your Aerosmith collection if you don't have it.

1998 " A Little South Of Sanity" came out with all of the bands greatest hits. This is yet another album that you can't pass up.

The first album of the new millenium came out in 2001 and was named "Just Push Play".It had the singles "Jaded" and "Fly Away" on this album.

From 2001 to 2006 the band has released five more albums with all of them having classics and there best selling singles on them. The names of these albums from 01 to 06 are "Young Lust", "OhYeah", "Honkin on Bobo", "Rockin the Joint", and "Devils Got A New Disquise."

Aerosmith has not just had there own albums. They have been on numerous soundtracks like Beavis and Butthead and Armaggedon also. They've had remakes such as the very very famous "Walk This Way" with Run DMC.

Over the career of the band Aerosmith has come a rock and roll revolution. This band has played for almost forty years and have given us countless memories and songs that will last forever. Aerosmith is one of the best if not the best rock and roll band of all time.
