Long Beach is a spectacular addition to the Vancouver Islands. In the summer months or maybe in spring, you will be able to sit back and relax while lying in the sun, so you can get a tan. You may decide you want to go swimming, walk the peaceful shoreline along the beach, take up surfing, fishing, kayaking, camping or go hiking through the depths of the rainforest that is filled with big lush trees. You could even have a picnic on the beach, but if you do you should be very careful by not underestimating the tides and keeping a safe distance.
In the fall or early winter, you can watch the storms during the as they light up the beach. This is a very scenic sight of beautiful wonder that is exhilarating and exciting to watch as the storms l by with the 30-foot waves. Then, you hear the sound of the waves as they come crashing in on the beach. There is nothing like it, and it is definitely an electrifying sight that is something you would have to see to believe.
This is the perfect spot if you love to admire the things of nature. Take a tour and you will be able to see cougars and bears as the wonder about and whales as they swim during the springtime. You will also be able to see the seals and they will more than likely see and observe you, as they watch you move along the shore or water. If you stand on the coast or venture in a boat, you will be able to see the sea lions as they perch and rest upon the rocks.
