The Beauty of Wildflowers
Field of Flowers
In a field not far away
I go there on a sunny day.
In that field, there blooms an array
of beautiful wild flowers,
the prettiest… I�d have to say.

I go to this field
so that I can see
this beauty, that is nature's poetry.
If artists can paint this wonderful scene,
poets can write it
and express what they mean.
I love this field of color divine
I linger here for a very long time
and take in the glory
the beauty of it all,
and sorry to see
it gone in the fall.
