Nudity, Naturism, Naked - Each way you say it, It still means bare. There are many effects of being nude. It is natural and comfortable and a way of life for some. Here are some benefits in being nude. Nudist activities have nothing to do with sexuality. It is about respect, and about person and the ability to enjoy activities and be one with yourself in the nude.

Sleeping in the nude enables the air to travel over the course of your body and will distribute the heat better. It allows you to be warmer in the winter, under blankets and cooler in the summer.

It is thought that garments limit the flow of air over the skin and interfere with the evaporation of perspiration

Sunbathing nude may help to clear the skin and you can reap the benefits of an all over tan without those annoying tan lines.

Nudity may improve fertility. If the male sex organs are at a regulated temperature without the risk of overheating due to tight or restrictive clothing than the sperm count may be affected.

Nude backpacking reduces your luggage, although may leave you susceptible to the elements.

It is better to be nude - you will have less laundry, an easier time deciding what to wear, and as well the lack of worrying if you are going to spill something on your clothing.

Swimming nude will reduce the chance of a yeast infection from a wet bathing suit; let you feel the water for an all over sensation and you will not get sand in your bathing suit bottoms.

If you do not wear clothes than you do not have to worry about the conflicts that come with choosing an outfit or doing laundry.

Social nudity has many benefits - when you partake in the activity of nudism you realize that others have bodies similar to yours, and everyone is blessed with imperfections. Scars, tattoos or hair - becomes less of an issue than it was before your nude experience. Children exposed to social nudity grow up more aware, and accepting of their bodies. They learn to embrace themselves, fully. It could also give that extra incentive to be fit. Children and adults who are accustomed to nudity grow more comfortable with situations such as locker rooms, showers, spas, hospitals and art.

It is for the most part and enjoyable experience that can bring you closer to nature. It is a healthy and natural experience that can be good for your body, mind and soul.
