First, follow your own thoughts and ideas. Do not let other people boss you around and make you follow their ideas. Be your own person. Speak up and present your own thoughts. Show that you have the innovation that is needed for whatever the task requires. It is always okay to receive constructive criticism. This can actually help your innovative process learn and grow.
Learn how to better manage your time. Time management is important in developing innovation. If you cannot manage your time properly, you are not giving yourself the ability to think clearly. A foggy thought process means that your creative juices have turned into blubber and are stalled.
Keep a record of your dreams - both the night ones and the daydreams. They can be a great source of innovation to feed your creativity. Since dreams are made by our subconscious minds, it makes sense that they would come up with some crazy ways to make us see our creativity.
Take notes of thoughts that may pop into your head. They may seem completely irrelevant to what you are doing at the time, but may prove to be useful down the road. When you have an idea, it makes sense to jot it down while you still remember what it is so that you can go back to it later.
Limit what you have to keep track of your innovations. You do not need to spend thousands of dollars on fancy equipment that can help you keep your innovations organized. A simple notebook and pencil, or even a voice recorder can be all that you ne4ed to help you keep track. After all, should a new innovation occur, you may never know when you will use it or for what purpose.
Make a style to your innovations that are all your own. People should be able to distinguish your ideas from the ideas of others without having to ask. If you add your own personal touch to each innovation that you make known, people will learn that touch will be what sets you apart from all the others.
