The Best 4th of July Side Dish Recipes

One of my favorite dish Mexican corn on the cob. I first tasted it several years ago while at a park and I a man with a makeshift cart selling corn from a cooler. I saw kids clamored around him so I decided to try some for a dollar and I was hooked after I tried it. Here is how I've been making my version of their corn on the cob.

Here are the ingredients:

Fresh corn on the cob

Mayonnaise

Parmesan Cheese

Cayenne Pepper

Corn on the cob holders

First you need to boil several ears of fresh corn. White corn is the best and the sweetest. Make sure you get the husks completely off first. Once your corn has come to a boil take it out the pot and stick a corn holder in each end of the cob. Then take your mayonnaise and smear it on the corn very generously. After that you'll want to coat it with parmesan cheese. Finally shake a little cayenne pepper on it, just as much or as little as you want. Now you're done and ready to eat. It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare and its absolutely yummy enjoy!
